Did you and your child know that Tracker belongs to a breed of dog called the potcake? Sounds like next\u00a0trendy dessert, or an endearing nickname for your goofiest friend, doesn’t it? Aw, come here you ol’ potcake you!<\/p>\n

Silly-sounding name aside–potcakes come from the Caribbean and\u00a0are, of course, famous for their adorable floppy\u00a0ears. You and your preschooler can celebrate the newest, potcake-iest member of the PAW Patrol by cutting healthy, savory crackers in his likeness. We\u00a0give you, Tracker Crackers:<\/p>\n

What You’ll Need
\n<\/strong>5 Large super-soft flour tortillas
\nSea salt
\n3 Tablespoons olive oil
\nYour favorite guacamole
\nPotcake-shaped\u00a0cookie cutter (substitute Chihuahua-shaped cutter)<\/p>\n

How to Make<\/strong><\/p>\n

Step One:\u00a0<\/strong>Preheat the oven to 350\u00ba.<\/p>\n

Step Two:\u00a0<\/strong>Use the cookie cutter to cut dog shapes from the flour tortillas.<\/p>\n

\"PAW<\/p>\n

Step Three:\u00a0<\/strong>Lay cut tortillas on a cookie sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.<\/p>\n

Step Four:\u00a0<\/strong>Sprinkle with sea salt.<\/p>\n

Step Five:\u00a0<\/strong>Bake for 8-12 minutes or until lightly browned.<\/p>\n

Step Six:\u00a0<\/strong>Remove from oven and let cool 20 minutes. If they don’t seem quite crunch-worthy yet, fear not: the\u00a0crackers will crisp up as they cool.\u00a0Serve with \u201cjungle dip\u201d (guacamole).<\/p>\n
