This wonderful watermelon mmmmonster machine arrangement does double duty: It fuels kids’\u00a0bellies and<\/em> serves as the perfect centerpiece for a Blaze-themed birthday party!<\/p>\n

What You’ll Need
\n<\/strong>1\/2 Small watermelon
\n1 Mango
\nBlack olives, sliced
\n2 Persian cucumbers
\n1 Sheet nori
\n1 Can of corn
\n1 Cup pomegranate seeds
\n1 Slice swiss cheese
\n\u00bd Green bell pepper
\n\u00bd Red bell pepper
\n1 Thick slice of pineapple
\n2 Pieces of green leaf lettuce
\n2 Sesame seeds
\nScissor
\nParing knife<\/p>\n

How to Make<\/strong><\/p>\n

Note:\u00a0<\/strong>Use photos for reference when shaping ingredients and arranging them on the platter.<\/p>\n

Step One:<\/strong> Prep the ingredients:<\/p>\n

Slice the watermelon and mango into Blazes face and flame shapes. Cut a small round\u00a0of watermelon for Blaze’s wheel.<\/p>\n

Slice one cog shape out of a cucumber slice. Cut the rest of the cucumbers into thin slices.<\/p>\n

Cut the sheet of nori into a curved road. Turn the remaining scraps of nori into Blaze’s eyes, window, grills, and mouth shapes.<\/p>\n

Slice the cheese into two rectangles to make Blaze’s eyes, and one thin crescent to make his mouth.<\/p>\n

Cut two circles out of the green pepper to make Blaze’s irises.<\/p>\n

Cut a ‘B’–for Blaze!–out of the red pepper.<\/p>\n

Step<\/strong>\u00a0Two:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Arrange lettuce, cucumbers, nori, pomegranate seeds & corn kernels onto a platter. Place Blaze’s face on the platter and arrange his facial details:\u00a0eyes, windows, grill, headlights, and mouth. Complete Blaze’s eyes with two sliced olives and 2 sesame seeds.<\/p>\n

Step Three:<\/strong>\u00a0Add the pineapple ring, small round of watermelon, and cucumber \u2018cog\u2019 to create Blaze’s monster machine tire.<\/p>\n

Step Four:<\/strong>\u00a0Arrange the\u00a0watermelon & mango flames in the top right-hand corner of the plate.<\/p>\n
