Prepare the muffin pan with liners, or\u00a0grease the pan with non-stick cooking spray.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step Two: <\/strong>In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt.
