What You’ll Need
1/2 c fresh or frozen mango chunks
1/2 c fresh or frozen pineapple pieces
1 medium banana, sliced thin
1/2 c apple cider
1/2 c low-fat plain yogurt

How to Make
Step 1: Place the fruit in the base of a blender. Add the cider and yogurt.
Step 2: Blend on low, stopping the blender to stir if necessary, until smooth. Increase to high for several seconds.
Step 3: Divide the mixture between two glasses and top with fresh fruit. Don’t forget your Blaze straw topper!
