These wintry treats are easy to make and even easier to decorate! Have your little one help dip the cupcakes into the marshmallows to create snowball perfection and serve them up at a PAW-Patrol-themed party!

What You’ll Need
White cupcakes
White icing
White baking cups
Mini white marshmallows
Scissors
Tape
How to Make
Step One: Make your own homemade cupcakes inside the baking cups, or you can pick up store-bought, plain white-iced cupcakes.
Step Two: If using homemade cupcakes, make sure you let them cool completely before you add white icing to the top of each cupcake.
Step Three: Once you’ve iced, turn each cupcake upside down and dip it into a bowl of mini marshmallows. The marshmallows will stick easily to the icing which gives it the look of a snowball.
Step Four: Print off these free PAW Patrol cupcake wrappers and toppers. Cut them out, wrap one around each cupcake, and tape into place.
